At Bay Haven Pediatrics, we understand that parents have many questions regarding their children's health. We aim to provide clear and concise answers to help you make informed decisions.
What services do you offer?

Our pediatric practice offers a wide range of services, including wellness check-ups, vaccinations, sick visits, developmental screenings, and nutritional guidance, as well as consults for mental health, anxiety, and ADHD. We are dedicated to fostering your child's growth and health in a safe, comforting environment.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, you can give us a call during business hours or use our online booking system available on our website. We strive to provide flexible scheduling options for your convenience.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During the holidays we have adjusted hours so make sure to also follow our facebook and instagram for the most up-to-date information.
Phone Advice: One of our Registered Nurses is available each day for phone advice. Our staff works closely with the providers throughout the day in order to provide expert advice on illness, emergencies, and behavior concerns.
Are masks required?
Masks are no longer mandatory.
However, we ask that you still wear a mask in the office if you have a cough or fever if able.
Can the office be called during the lunch hour?
Our lunch hour is from 12:30-1:30pm. Our phones are turned off during this time so that our team can take a brief break. We're happy to help before lunch from 8:00AM-12:30PM or after lunch from 1:30-5:00PM.
Families are welcome to leave a voicemail during the lunch hour, and our staff will return your call as soon as we reopen. You may also send us a message through the patient portal at any time.

What about after business hours?
After hours, we are partnered with Hello Pediatrics, offering virtual visits and nurse triage so that care is always within reach. If your child is sick after hours, you have immediate access to a telehealth appointment with a board certified pediatrician from 5:00pm until midnight M-F, and from noon to midnight on weekends and holidays. After midnight you will continue to be provided guidance by pediatric nurse triage team members.
